The following Terms and Conditions for use of this website are described below. Please read these carefully. By proceeding with the account creation process you agree to be bound by these policies.

Cabinets Quick reserves the right to revise these terms by posting revisions without prior notice.

Our Privacy Policy applies to any visitor or user (hereinafter referred to as “You”) of the website located at http://www.cabinetsquick.com and any websites (singularly and collectively, “the Site”) that Cabinets Quick or its subsidiaries (singularly and collectively, “Cabinets Quick”) own and control.

Cabinets Quick is sensitive to the issue of confidentiality in online interactions and is committed to protecting individual privacy. Your safety, security, and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users about the general approach Cabinets Quick uses in collecting, protecting, and disseminating user information via the Site, in accordance with all applicable laws.

Cabinets Quick owns the entirety of information on its Site. Its access is limited to that voluntarily provided via email or other direct contact from others. Collected data is not sold or rented.

Personally identifiable information will be used in responses to initial contact; otherwise, data sharing with outside third-parties will be limited to necessary instances such as request fulfillment (e.g., shipping an order).

When utilizing an online link to a third-party website, you will be subject to that specific website’s security and privacy practices, which may differ from those of Cabinets Quick. SECURITY

To protect and limit your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use all reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with state and federal laws. These security measures may include secured files and buildings, device safeguards, as well as vigilant monitoring of any third –party service providers to ensure confidentiality. Thus, when information is submitted via the Site, it is protected both online and offline.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

From time to time, we may amend the Privacy Policy, so please review it often. Any updates become effective when they are posted to the Site. Your use of the Site following the changes denotes acceptance of the updated Policy.

2) CABINETRY POLICY

PAYMENT TERMS

At this time there is no option for online payments for cabinet orders. A 50% deposit is required on all orders prior to production. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment. Cabinets Quick accepts most major credit cards as well as check or cash.

CANCELLATION AND REVISION POLICIES

Due to the nature of SEMI CUSTOM orders, certain materials such as laminate and edge banding are purchased specifically for your order. By confirming your order you agree to be liable for all special order materials should the order need to be cancelled or revised. All cancellations of approved projects incur a $500 retention fee, covering order entry and accounting expenses. Order revisions or cancellations should be done by contacting us at 714-532- 9005. Cabinets Quick will assess a $50.00 fee for any changes requested by the Customer after signed confirmation. In the event that changes are required on an order that has already gone to production, charges will be assessed on the time and materials necessary to affect those changes.

ORDER ENTRY

You will receive an e-mailed copy of your order as a receipt acknowledgment along with a confirmation form allowing you to verify the accuracy of the order. The confirmation must be signed and returned to Cabinets Quick via fax, or regular mail as a formal approval of your order.

ESTIMATING

Due to the nature of SEMI CUSTOM orders, every order is carefully entered into our production system. Once the order is completely entered estimates usually take 24-72 hours.

MATERIAL DELAYS

From time to time backordered materials cause delays in production and are typically out of Cabinets Quick control. When delays are unavoidable, you will be notified via email or phone. Cabinets Quick assumes no liability for costs incurred due to production delays.

RETURNS AND MODIFICATIONS

All Sales Are Final. Cabinets Quick does not accept returns. If a cabinet has an error and a rework is required, only the error will be corrected. If a customer wants to modify a cabinet beyond correcting the error, it will be considered a new order and will be charged accordingly.

LIABILITY

The Customer assumes all risk and liability for the appropriate use and installation of these products. Cabinets Quick is limited to replacement or credit for defective products only. Cabinets Quick is not liable for any time delays or problems occurring on the job site. Cabinet Quick! will not credit or reimburse for any extra trips or lost time the customer have been experienced.

PRIVACY POLICY

Cabinets Quick is committed to excellence in protecting the privacy of Customers and visitors of this web site. Below is more information regarding privacy practices for this web site.

This web site does not collect personal information when pages are viewed or files are downloaded. If visitors to the site submit email, name or other information voluntarily, that information is not sold, rented or shared with any outside entity. Cabinets Quick is committed to maintaining privacy with any information visitors may volunteer.

Cabinets Quick will never send an email requesting user name, password, credit card information or social security information. If you receive an email that seems to be from Cabinets Quick inquiring on this type of information please contact Cabinets Quick at its@cabinetsquick.com. This is a fraudulent email and should not be responded to. Please forward a copy to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov or call 1-877-FTC-HELP.

PAYMENT POLICY: DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required on all orders prior to production, deposit payment will be taken at the time of order confirmation, once you have submitted your order either through our online ordering system, fax, or by email. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment of goods.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cabinets Quick accepts Mastercard and Visa as well as check or cash. If a customer pays with a check, production may be delayed 3-5 additional days until the check has cleared.

Check payments will ONLY be accepted if the order is being picked up via Will Call. No Checks will be accepted for orders being shipped.

Payment for SEMI CUSTOM cabinet orders will be taken by mail or credit card processing via faxed or emailed order confirmation. You must fill out the Order Confirmation page with your credit card information. We cannot take credit card information over the phone or just in an email.

We do not keep credit card information on record. You must fill out the Order Confirmation page each time you approve an order.

At this time, payment for order fulfillment and deposit will not be taken online. A copy of the buyer’s Drivers License is required for all payment methods.

ORDER CHANGES

Cabinets Quick will assess a $150.00 fee for any changes requested by the Customer after signed confirmation of the order. In the event that changes are required on an order that has already gone into production, charges will be assessed based on the time and materials necessary to affect those changes.

DISCLAIMER OF FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Cabinets Quick will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Customer due to delays in factory production, delivery, and installation at the job site, assembly time due to incorrect parts, delays for warranty parts or any other situation not listed here.

SHIPPING

At this time shipping is done on a per order basis and will be quoted based on the best available carrier for the job. It is the customer’s responsibility that the shipping truck has the necessary street clearance and access to the delivery job site. In the event shipping is returned additional fee and cost is customer responsibility.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

Cabinets Quick warrants its components to be free from defects in material and workmanship, to be machined to proper size and milled accurately to accomplish quick and easy assembly. Cabinets Quick makes no further warranty either expressed or implied. Cabinets Quick must be notified of any defects within 5 days of receipt of goods.

REPAIRING OR REPLACING PARTS

Cabinets Quick will replace any missed or incorrect parts. This includes parts that are the wrong size, wrong material, or with substandard quality.

The financial responsibility of recutting the parts will be assumed by the Customer unless one of the following reasons apply:

The fault lies with Cabinets Quick.

The part in question directly conflicts with what the Customer approved when he/she signed the estimate, order summary, or detailed drawings.

Shipping: Shipping cost will always fall on the Customer even if the fault lies with Cabinets Quick No expediting or rush option is available. The Customer is welcome to will call the replacement parts.

DAMAGED PARTS

Cabinets Quick will replace any damaged parts. The financial responsibility of recutting the parts will be assumed by the Customer unless it is evident that the damage was done by Cabinets Quick.

If the damage was done during shipping or by the shipping company the Customer MUST note the damage on the receiving slip provided by the shipping company at the time of delivery. Any damage not reported to the shipping company at this time will not be covered financially by the shipping company and therefore, will fall onto the Customer.

If the damage is not from the shipping please provide photographs of all the parts that are damaged and please include the cabinet numbers and parts in an email. We will recut the parts and investigate to see whether the Customer should be charged for the recuts.

Shipping: Shipping cost will always fall on the Customer even if the fault lies with Cabinets Quick. No expediting or rush option is available. The Customer is welcome to will call the replacement parts.

MATERIAL VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Cabinets Quick (CQ) offers the finest in modular cabinetry, made with top-quality materials that we source from trusted vendors. Although we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive only the best possible materials, be aware that veneer materials and natural wood have inherent color and grain variations from sheet to sheet:

– Discoloration, normal color and structure variation: real wood is a natural product, which deepens under the influence of sunlight. The color of the wood may either darken or lighten. This is a natural process. This is not covered by any warranty. There are no two identical rests and therefore each board is unique and has natural color and structure variations. Small marks such as but not limited to knots and mineral streaks are naturally occurring and have no effect on the quality of the wooden panels.

– Difference between production batches: As wood is a natural product, there will be variations. CQ strongly advises the installer to use the same production batch per room in order to obtain the most uniform result.

If your project requires very tight tolerances in regards to color variation you may request custom laid up panels but this must be specified during project review and identified on the signed estimate. Please note the following prior to placing your order with Cabinets Quick (CQ):

• Cabinets Quick (CQ) works primarily with trade professionals. We advise that each order is approved by a trade’s person as our products will require some degree of trade skill to install correctly.

• Project due dates may change based on 3rd party suppliers such as materials, hardware, or delivery.

• If the customer is picking up the project at will call the customer is to verify they have all the needed items before departure.

• Vertical and horizontal grain matching occurs on individual cabinets, and color variation may occur from one cabinet to the next. In the event of a recut, please note color variation may also occur.

• Cabinets Quick (CQ) will use plywood for doors at the customer’s request. However, we do not recommend it and do not guarantee a quality finished product due to the nature of this material.

• Unless specifically noted in the order, all good faces (A faces) will be located on the interior of cabinets.

Cabinets Quick (CQ) is not responsible for any variations and is unable to select materials before our vendor’s ship them to us, nor do we check every sheet of material. By placing an order with Cabinets Quick (CQ), customers accept the grade on materials that has been stamped or approved by the manufacturer and vendor.
