Thank you for your interest in Cabinets Quick. The following Terms and Conditions for use of this website are described below. Please read these carefully. By proceeding with the account creation process you agree to be bound by these policies. Cabinets Quick reserves the right to revise these terms by posting revisions without prior notice.

Payment Terms
At this time there is no option for online payments for cabinet orders. A 50% deposit is required on all orders prior to production. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment. Cabinets Quick accepts most major credit cards as well as check or cash.

Cancellation and Revision Policies
Due to the nature of custom orders, certain materials such as laminate and edge banding are purchased specifically for your order. By confirming your order you agree to be liable for all special order materials should the order need to be cancelled or revised. Order revisions or cancellations should be done by contacting us at 714-532-9005. Cabinets Quick will assess a $50.00 fee for any changes requested by the customer after signed confirmation. In the event that changes are required on an order that has already gone to production, charges will be assessed on the time and materials necessary to affect those changes.

Order Entry
You will receive a e-mailed copy of your order as a receipt acknowledgment along with a confirmation form allowing you to verify the accuracy of the order. The confirmation must be signed and returned to Cabinets Quick via fax, or regular mail as a formal approval of your order.

Estimating
Due to the nature of custom orders, every order is carefully entered into our production system. Once the order is completely entered estimates usually take 24-72 hours.

Material Delays
From time to time backordered materials cause delays in production and are typically out of Cabinets Quick control. When delays are unavoidable, you will be notified via fax or phone as soon as a backorder situation is discovered. Cabinets Quick assumes no liability for costs incurred due to production delays.

Returns
All Sales Are Final.
Cabinets Quick does not accept returns.

Liability
The customer assumes all risk and liability for the appropriate use and installation of these products. Cabinets Quick is limited to replacement or credit for defective products only.

Shipping
At this time shipping is done on a per order basis and will be quoted based on the best available carrier for the job.
