Payment
A 50% deposit is required on all orders prior to production, deposit payment will be taken at the time of order confirmation, once you have submitted your order either through our online ordering system or by fax. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment of goods.
Payment Methods
Cabinets Quick accepts Mastercard and Visa as well as check or cash. Check payments will ONLY be accepted if the order is being picked up via Will Call. No Checks will be accepted for orders being shipped. Payment for custom cabinet orders will be taken by mail or credit card processing via faxed order confirmation. At this time, payment for order fulfillment and deposit will not be taken online. A copy of the buyer’s Drivers License is required for all payment methods.
Order Changes
Cabinets Quick will assess a $50.00 fee for any changes requested by the customer after signed confirmation of the order. In the event that changes are required on an order that has already gone into production, charges will be assessed based on the time and materials necessary to affect those changes.
Disclaimer of Fiscal Responsibility
Cabinets Quick will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer due to delays in factory production, delivery, and installation at the job site, assembly time due to incorrect parts, delays for warranty parts or any other situation not listed here.
Shipping and Delivery
Our products are shipped either assembled or flat-stacked. Each part is labeled for easy assembly. Large orders are frequently shipped in phases. Additional charges may be incurred for extra pallets or sorting of parts, etc. Please discuss your needs upon confirmation of the order. Cabinets Quick does provide assembly, however, assembled boxes ship at a higher freight rate.
Shipping Companies:
At Cabinets Quick we utilize a brokerage company so that we may view competitive prices from several trucking firms at once. We are then able to choose the best trucking company suited to an individual customer’s needs.
FedEx Ground is utilized for small packages.
For expedited East Coast shipments (3-4 days) we use Daylight Transport.
We have reliable contacts for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
All local (Southern California) shipments are sent through Extra Express delivery company for door-to-door service.
