As an added feature to our regular faxable order form, the online ordering system is not intended to cover all field applications. The system contains the most common cabinet assemblies and may not have a few that will suite your application. You may also combine the online order with a faxable order. Give your project a name:
Choose a name by which you can easily reference the project

Cabinet Materials:
Select a material for the cabinet cases: This selection will be the material of all the cabinets. If you have cabinets within a job that need a different case material, you will need to add a new project.

For example: If there are exposed cabinets or cabinets with glass doors and the interior for a few cabinets needs to be made from plywood.

Select a material for the cabinet doors & drawer faces:
This selection will be the material used of all the doors & drawer fronts.

When selecting a plywood material the doors & drawers will be two sided veneer. The face (or visible side) will be A grade veneer and the back will be either B or C grade.

When selecting a laminate color the back of the doors & drawers will match the case color.
Note: Doors & drawers are not grain matched. Please contact use if you would like this option as part of your order.

Door Hinge Hardware:
At this time, the online ordering system will quote using Blum 120+ Inserta self-closing hinges & Blum 0mm (Expando) hinge plates with cam height adjustment.

Choose an edgebanding material:
This selection is the type of edge banding that will be on the cabinet.

Adjustable shelves will match the cabinet case material selected.
Doors & Drawers will have edge banding matching to the color selected.

Choose an edgebanding thickness:
1/2mm (1/16”) thick edge banding will be used on all parts.
Please contact us if 3mm banding is needed, or if you would like edge banding applied to specific areas on parts. For example: edge banding on 4 sides of an adjustable shelf.

Finished Ends:
Finished ends will have one face (side) matching to the cabinet case materials selection, the side that will be exposed will be the material selected here.

For Melamine with veneers please select from the available options. Veneer faces will be A grade veneer
At this time there is no online option for applied finished ends. If applied finished ends are required please fill out our faxable order form. Please Contact us for more information

Finished End scribe base:
If you require scribe material on the finished ends enter the amount of scribe.

If you require scribe material on the finished ends enter the amount of scribe.

Doors & Drawer
Drawer Box Parts Option:
All drawer box parts are constructed with 5/8” materials.

Drawer Guide Model:
Side mount drawer guides are full extension 100lbs rating.

Under-mount drawer guides are full extension soft closing 75lb rating.
At this time the online ordering system will quote using an import drawer guide.

Provide Doors & Drawer Fronts:
If YES is selected your order will come with the doors and drawer fronts.
If NO is selected your order will be pre-drilling ready to accept door & drawer hardware.

Toe Kick:
Integrated toe kick are when the left & right end of the cabinets extends down to also form the toe base. A finish piece of material is then placed in front.
